Hello, my name is Sean. I’m an artist, maker, welder, and the owner/operator of Hella Gnarly Designs. I provide professional design, fabrication, and repair services for both residential and commercial industries.

My education at Santa Rosa Junior College included coursework in 3D design, manual drafting, computer-aided drafting (CAD), and machining. In 2014, I graduated with honors from Ben Whitaker’s welding program and entered the production manufacturing industry, where I developed extensive experience in precision machining. My background includes working with lathes, vertical mills, hydraulic shears, press brakes, and precision arc-cutting equipment.

I have also worked in the wine industry, specializing in the fabrication of wine tanks and related equipment. This work involved finishing and polishing, purge welding, and the construction of restaurant-grade stainless steel countertops.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, I focus on producing clean welds, precise fabrication, and durable, long-lasting results.
